Shipping Times
- We ship within a maximum of 2-3 working days from payment
- Shipping times vary from 1 to 3 working days for Italy, from 3 to 5 days for other European countries
- You will receive the tracking number as soon as the shipment departs
Insurance
THE PAINTINGS ARE ALL INSURED!
PAINTING LOST:
- If the painting is lost before delivery to your address you will be fully refunded
- If the painting is lost after delivery, e.g. at a concierge, the insurance does not cover the loss. The customer is responsible and there is no refund
DAMAGED PAINTING:
Please carefully check the product when you receive it, verify that it is in perfect condition, possibly accept it with RESERVE
If there is any damage, please photograph all the defects and contact us within 24 hours, the information you give us will be essential to manage the refund
If the painting is damaged we will proceed with the return at our expense and you will be refunded when we receive it and ascertain the damage
If the frame is damaged we will refund the cost of the frame or return it at our expense, repair or replace the frame and send the painting back to you
Return
We accept the return of the product under the following conditions:
- The customer contacts us within 14 days of receiving the painting
- The customer returns the painting to us within 10 days of the notice of withdrawal, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer
- The painting must be returned intact and in its original packaging
- After receiving the painting in perfect condition, we will refund you within a maximum of 10 working days
- We do not accept returns for customized orders

All our handmade paintings are sold and shipped already framed, ready to hang.
For the frame we use the highest quality fir strips to guarantee the right sturdiness during transport and durability over time.
Many of our subjects, especially the abstract ones, are often suitable for hanging without a frame also because in most cases the drawing covers the edges.
However, the decision to add one of our frames remains at the customer's discretion.
Aluminum frames
Give a touch of class and modernity to your painting and your environment by adding a beautiful aluminum frame.
Choose the color that best matches the painting you want to purchase and that respects the colors of your living room, bedroom or office.
Our aluminum frames are cut to size at the time the painting is prepared for shipping.
Aluminum is a very resistant, elegant and valuable material, although it is not a cheap material, you will be pleased to note that the cost of our frames is absolutely negligible compared to the prices of the frames found on the market.
